Word!

Because I wanna remember a time when the word 'WHATEV' was NOT part of her vocabulary! She's 8 here(12 now) and I am pretty sure she still loved me and thought I hung the moon...

Okay MAYBE I never hung the moon...but I'm pretty sure she didn't know the word WHATEV okay okay okay she probably did BUT she still loved me...I think...

My confession for today: Amy and I are working very hard pairing everyone up for the SSS

  1. she's gorgeous.

i think i am going to open a business where i facilitate reverse adoptions. the babies get raised in one home, until they grow up to become rude, unbearable teens, then they get put up for adoption. i am going to use my two boys first.

  2. My daughter will be 11 in December. There's a lot of eye rolling and "Whatev" going on around here.

  5. All little girls LOVE their Mommy! I have 3 daughters that think I hung the moon. If they went through the "teenaged angst" that I have heard about, I didn't notice it....they must not have been there very long! I'm sure she will outgrow this stage soon~

  9. WHATEV, I'm sure she still loves you now. She just does a better job of keeping it to herself.

  26. I'm sooo terrified of what's to come. My three year old little girl already gives me that disgusted sigh and walk away.

    Your daughter is beautiful!

  29. She is beautiful BUT... all children should be born at 18 and immediately inducted into the Army.

  30. My new favorite, most hated word is "MOTHER."

    Used as in Mu--ther!

Generally followed by a list of how I'm making his life miserable today.

I would really just like to be "Mom" again.

  31. Um, The Princess is 5 and she is already saying "whutEVer" way too much!!! So not good. Your sweetness is so pretty!

  32. Lorelai has two new words and they always come together. Anytime something that seems odd to her happens or is said she replies with, "Really? SERIOUSLY???" I'm not even sure she realizes she's doing it. Then the other day...I head the same words come out of MY mouth!! Good grief!

  33. Oopes...I mean I HEARD the same words come out of my mouth. My fingers are ahead of my brain this morning.
