Ghosts or Yogi?

There have been some strange happenings going on in our lil household, so grab your 'Clue' cards, get some popcorn and your favorite beverage sit back and help me solve this mystery...go ahead I'll wait....

Some of you may or may not know I claim to have a 6th sense thing going on well this goes beyond that...I may or may not have mentioned before that lilest bean swears she 'sees' people

Last night lilest bean and I went to small-mart to get shampoo/conditioner/air freshner/lotion.SDAP(read backwards-sorry BOI's), one sack of girlie goodies.

I wake up this morning to take my shower and start looking for said sack of girlie goodies...GONE, MISSING,NO WHERE TO BE FOUND...I searched everywhere no sack...

Next

A few mornings ago I woke up before everyone else to make a hearty breakfast for the beanies before school because I am the BEST mom evah! drink my go go juice in silence before the All.Hell.Breaks.Out.Fighting.For.Mirror.Space.Get.Ready.For.School.With.The.Beans.Happens and noticed our front door was standing open...mr gp took ginger out to potty before bed and swears he locked the door-he had the nerve to say one of the beanies must have woke up and went out in the middle of the night pffft-they are all more affraid of the dark than me-plus he slept in Reese's room because he I apparently snores and lilest bean slept with me and everyone knows abby is the biggest chicken of us all-NO way one of the beans snuck out...

Next

Lilest bean bought the Twilight book with her allowance(YES I know I have the books-she wanted her own copy) well she had $10 left over in change and set it on the kitchen counter-the next morning she goes to get it...GONE,MISSING,NO WHERE TO BE FOUND...after making everyone take a lie detector test to prove they didn't pocket the money I am left baffled-a ghost with a shopping habit? hmmm

Next

Late last night before bed I was getting a make my assa bigger midnight snack and some water and I heard some weird sound coming from my vent-a-hood, like a whirling sound, not like wind whirling but like irrrrr irrrr-lame attempt at sound effects- when I turned on the light it stopped, when I turned off the light it started again...I admit I have super sensitive hearing but this really freaked my freak out

So before you go calling the travel channels Ghost Hunters on me...or the Crazy asylum help me find a logical explaination PLEASE

Is this the work of YOGI and the fact that he ran as fast as he could to the tag office to procure his new License plate? Has he brought the beast to our lovely community? This is his new car plate-now I am not a judgemental girl but I am stocking up on Crosses and getting my Holy water out, I may even put some salt around my door frames...

photo completely ripped off of Yogi's Den

Yes I am superstitious but something is amuck in the Jonshonville house everything seems to be centered around the Kitchen area

My confession for today: I wear a size L in straight-jackets and I would prefer one in black it is more slimming than white
P.S. I broke in to Debs blog today muhahahaha

  1. I grew up in a house with 3 ghosts. They never took anything, just moved it around.

Maybe it's the motor going out on your fan/light.

And I would take my straight jacket in an extra-small, pink please...

    Have a great day~

  3. I'm not a big believer in ghosts. I do believe in spirits, but not the haunting kind, really.

  4. Huh....maybe it's my dad. He may have gotten tired of haunting my mom.

  5. Are you kidding? I do believe in ghosts but if I thought I had one in my house, I would do my best to NOT believe in them anymore.

  11. I hope you solve your mystery. I just want a ghost that brings presents and money rather than taking stuff.

  12. My best friend is clairvoyant. These "missing" things happen to her all the time. I've witnessed it. What is really strange is they often reappear. The noise has to be an electrical thing though.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Very strange!!! I would prefer black to white also! lol

  21. Oh geez I thought you were gonna say the "paranormal activity" stole Lil's Twilight book. I then would have drove my ass up there to help you.

P.S. Me and Speedy watch Ghosthunters every week. Yea I'm turning my kid into a freak like me.

  22. It's the sign of end times I tell ya. Before we know the government will be issuing that number to us on everything!

I think you may be on to something. You might want to set up a camera outside to watch for the particular vehicle. And, if you spot it. Be scared! Very, very scared! LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Just tell J to look for the ghost with the shiny locks and bitching at people, since she apparently is on the rag and needs money to buy chocolate.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I definitely think this is Yogi's fault. Just wait... it will show up on his blog.

    ReplyDelete
  25. When they come and take me away in the straight jacket, Please OH Please make sure I have one that is red and has lots of sparkles.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Do you have a oppossum in your hood? They are really smart and can open doors. I'm just saying.

I'm with Kristina P. Not a believer in the white see-through guys

  27. Long comment, sorry..
My ex motherinlaw was a crime scene investigator and she worked a case once where this guy was living in someone's attic, coming down at night or when they were all gone so he could eat and shower and stuff. He lived up there for a whole month before they finally figured it out. You should check your attic....
And get rid of that freakin license plate, that's scary!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  28. P.S. You should call Ghost Hunters from the Sci-Fi Channel, even if you don't have ghosts, that guy Steve is HOT. just sayin'

    ReplyDelete
  29. Wow, that is creepy!! I don't know what to say...

    ReplyDelete
  30. Rest assured I didn't take any "SDAP" although $10 does come in handy. And it looked just like $10 I lost some time ago so I'm pretty sure it was mine anyway. But think about it Bean bought a "Twilight" book so who knows what kind of spirits floated in the house with that book.

    ReplyDelete
  31. You have ghosts. That's a logical explanation.
BOO!! All you really need to do is keep in mind that the next time you hear a weird noise and turn on the light, the thing you turn around to face could be REALLY SCARY!! I kid. I kid!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Basically, IT'S ALWAYS THE WIND, (right before the person gets knifed) Don't go in the basement.

    ReplyDelete
  33. That sounds spooky, I used to think my home was haunted as a kid ...

    ReplyDelete
  34. Stuff like that gives me the heevie jeebies. Eeee. . . Hairs on neck standing up now....

    ReplyDelete
  35. I agree with a couple of other 'peeps' in that a lot of times, spirits/ghosts just move things around although sometimes they put things in really strange places for you to find. Have you tried searching in odd places: the bottom of your trash can, under the liner of course; in pocketbooks that are not in use; in the toes of shoes, etc.

BTW, just found you via Soxy Deb's blog so this is my first visit!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I wouldn't worry about any of that stuff EXCEPT the front door. That would seriously freak me out. Anyone a sleepwalker??? My son did that once and it was so weird. He tried to get outside too.

Hugs and I hope you relax soon!

  37. Like I told Joni, I had been planning to go over to Yogi's site and introduce myself for a while now; however, now that he has turned to the dark side, I don't know that I should. Anymore poor influences in my life my just do me in.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Okay, you are funny! I loved your blog. I'm still not sure what a Yogi is... and I've been debating with myself for a few years now on if I believe in ghost or not. Mainly so I won't scare the hell out of myself. BTW - Thanks for stopping by my blog.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Still laughing over the "it really freaked my freak out"....classic!!!

Um, yeah so those things are a little wierd, esp the whole front door wide open in the middle of the night. If you're also hearing Twilight Zone music in the background, I'd say it may be time to sell your house.

    ReplyDelete
  40. oooh creepy. I love ghosty stories. Your creeper is poor and it's a female. That's fo' sure.

    ReplyDelete
  41. We watch GHOST HUNTERS all the time...like a sickness...and the last episode we watched they communicated with a ghost where the ghost of a little boy was turning on and off their flashlight as they asked the ghost yes or no questions...it was freaky!

I like black for strait jackets also!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yes yes, watch ghost hunters, haunted, and any other paranormal programs I can find.

I've experienced "weird" stuff since I was six.

    ReplyDelete
  43. That's odd. Can't wait to hear more...keep us posted:)

    ReplyDelete
  44. Oh, scary!
i so believe in ghosts. Friendly ones only though:)

    ReplyDelete
  45. spin around 3 times to the left..fasy

You should be fine now...dizzy but fine

    ReplyDelete
  46. wow...that's some crazy stuff! i don't have a ghost which i am very glad about. i'm not into ghosts or things that i can't explain! creepy!

    ReplyDelete
  47. I can't believe I missed a ghostie postie!
    The front door open?
Even though my cat can open doors, that is just too freaky.
