Important SSS update & Ladies Night Out

♥Important SSS update♥

There has been some confusion and I apologize if I didn't explain the official SSS 411 in better detail. I have been getting emails at 2 of my personal email accounts saying you want to join(which is great you want to join), however, we set up a special email addy just for the SSS event, I linked it in the official SSS 411 to make it just a click away for you  and ultra easy to confirm your participation. In order for us to set you up via google docs, send you your exchange partners info and just general SSS updates we need your email. SSS email click me to confirm your participation

This year instead of you emailing us the q&a Amybo set it up via a google doc, making it much easier for you and us-it is actually very cool and those of you that participated last year will immediately notice the difference. We have sent out 2 rounds of the q&a and if you have not received one then PLEASE click HERE to see if you have followed the steps I listed.

We already have close to 60 bloggers who signed the linky but we only have 33 confirmed participants, meaning they(the 33) sent us an email to secretsantasoiree at gmail dot com and at last count 21 of the 33 have completed their q&a's.

I don't want anyone that wants to join the SSS to be left out because I didn't explain something correctly.

So the 3 things I need you to do for me are:

♥ click the email link in this post to confirm your participation
♥ please completely read the official 411-linked above
♥ make sure you have signed the linky-linked above

Once you email me I will send a reply stating, your q&a is on it's way, then you fill out that form either via your email client OR click the link in that email for a web based form-I like the form it has cute gingerbread men on it.

If you have any questions please leave me a comment OR use the SSS email and either myself or amybo will get back to you.

Please know there are always kinks in the begining but we work through them. Last year there was no need for an Elf(someone that buys an extra gift for someone who didn't receive one) Everyone (I think) had a wonderful time and got some lovely gifts. It was/is a pleasure being your Hostess and I am glad so many of you are excited to be part of the 2nd annual Secret Santa Soiree.

On a side note if any of you grabbed the button with the code on my sidebar-you may want to re-add the button to your blog I changed the link the image is linked to.
