I've been arrested

But not to worry I am in good hands

they let me wander the yard....if I'm good...they let me ...
 see the water...gosh how I miss the water...
and if I'm bad they make me walk up to the rails...
They are keeping a tight watch on me here...but don't fear...I am being very good at being BAD
My confession for today: Who ever said being bad was a BAD thing was so wrong...

    i'm pretty sure they would totally get written up for being out of issued uniform if they actually did walk around like that!
